Ciklidistit r.y. is an association for Cichlid hobbyists in Finland. It was founded in 1997 and has members from all over Finland.

Ciklidistit r.y. is a member of Suomen Akvaarioliitto r.y. (the Finnish National Association of Aquarium Clubs) and Nordiska Ciklidsällskapet (the Nordic Cichlid Association).

Activities: Meetings, excursions, member bulletin.

An excursion to importers in Helsinki and Turku and a trip to cichlid shops in Stockholm, Sweden.

There is also a check list over cichlid species available in the aquarium shops in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku to be found on Ciklidistit's website. (Cichlid-list) The list is updated from time to time by members of Ciklidistit.
